Brian A. Mahler, DDS -
About Dr. Mahler
Dr. Mahler received his D.D.S from the Medical College of Virginia School of
Dentistry. After graduation from dental school, he completed a one-year general
practice residency at Sinai
Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland,
which included additional training in all aspects of dentisty. Dr. Mahler next
completed a two year specialty program at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia
where he received his certificate in Fixed Prosthodontics.
He has maintained a private practice limited to prosthodontics in Fairfax,
Virginia, for over 30 years. He has lectured
both nationally and internationally on various topics involving dentistry and consulted for numerous dental implant companies.
He is a member of the American
College of Prosthodontics, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental
Association, and the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Mahler has been routinely named as a top prosthodontist in the

About Dr. Eskow
Dr. Eskow decided that she wanted to be a dentist because of its blend of art and science. She attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education, where she studied Chemistry. She went on to attend the University of Maryland Dental School, graduating with highest honors as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She was also recognized by the American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award. Following dental school, Dr. Eskow spent three years specializing in prosthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, in which she also obtained her masters degree.
Dr. Eskow is a board certified prosthodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. She has been recognized as a Top Dentist by Northern Virginia Magazine in 2014 and 2015. She is also actively involved in the American College of Prosthodontists and currently serves as a PR committee member. She is involved in multiple study clubs and has presented table clinics at several national meetings.
As a board certified prosthodontist, Dr. Eskow is an expert in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, dentures, and complete oral rehabilitation. Her gentle approach to dentistry allows her to comfortably enhance the natural beauty of your smile.
William Wilson, Jr., DDS, MS
About Dr. Wilson
Doctor Wilson's dental career started in 1989 as an enlisted Dental Assistant and Dental Laboratory Technician in the US Navy. He was commissioned as a US Navy Dental Officer in 1996, and enrolled as a student at the West Virginia University School of Dentistry on a full scholarship offered to him from the Navy.
In May of 2000 he was awarded the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown, WV. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Wilson completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Parris Island, SC. He went on to earn a Masters of Science degree in Oral Biology from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. in 2005, and completed a 3 year Prosthodontic residency as well as an additional one year fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the world reknowned Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD.
His experience in the Navy has afforded him the opportunity to provide some of the most complex dental reconstructions to some of the world's most deserving patients. He has served as the Department Chairman and Program Director for Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, and also holds faculty appointments at the The George Washington University in Washington, DC as well as the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Wilson is a board certified prosthodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. He has achieved the membership category level of "Fellow" in both the American College of Prosthodontists and the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. He also maintains membership in the American Dental Association.
Dr. Wilson has been a professional lecturer at local study groups and national meetings. In 2014 he was honored to be awarded the prestigious Major General Bill Lefler, Federal Services Award at the American College of Prosthodontists Annual Session.
